Full Version: EV1 Ticket response time

I noticed that this Year, EV1 response time to support ticket increased dramatically in comparison to past years especially 2002 and 2003. I guess there are more and more clients than before but that should not be an issue at all since EV1 should cope with that and provide a reliable support by solving tickets quickly and adding staff.

CLOSED 11:16

07/10/2002
OPEN: 6:08
CLOSED 6:23

07/10/2002
OPEN: 9:52
CLOSED 10:15

03/17/2003
OPEN: 9:52
CLOSED 11:27

Should we assume that glorious days have gone ?

ps: response time during hurricane Rita was better than during regular days !
