I noticed that this Year, EV1 response time to support ticket increased dramatically in comparison to past years especially 2002 and 2003. I guess there are more and more clients than before but that should not be an issue at all since EV1 should cope with that and provide a reliable support by solving tickets quickly and adding staff.
