I just tried to renew two Geotrust SSL certificates through ev1 (both originally bought through ev1).
The first one went well until the final step of confirming via the hostmaster email address, when the Geotrust website crashed, and now repeatedly produces an error when trying to return to it via any of the links emailed to me. I emailed the support teams a few hours ago and will see what happens.
I decided to take my life into my hands and renew the second one, but the ev1 website refuses to accept my details. I am entering IDENTICAL information to that accepted the first time. I know this as it's cached in my browser (plus we are talking about a trivial 1 page form). Each time I try I get a

message. I tried using a different browser, but this still fails.
To be frank, I give ev1 12 out of 10 for the quality of the products they offer, but I give ev1 3 out of 10 for quality of their ecommerce pages. I've had faults on greater than 50% of my transactions in the last 3 years. Duplicate charges, non-existent servers commissioned, failed orders, etc. (Yes, I appreciate the error on the Geotrust site is not ev1's fault).
