I had many complaints that although Dr.Web is enabled, that the customers still got many viruses.
This never used to happen when their site was hosted with our local system,
with clamd.
I was wondering if it was possible to manually install clamd without breaking Plesk?
Thanks!

It should be possible turgut. Though I've never done it on a system that also had Dr Web installed. I've been using Clamd for years, and it works so well I never felt any pressing need to change this when Dr Web began to be integrated into the CP.
You should find

Head on over to atomicrocketturtles.com web site and you can install clamd, update spamassassin, and install qmail-scanner and NOT break plesk. I've been running clamav for a while now on my RHE3ES, PSA 7.1.x box.
