Hello, I´m new on HELM configuration, and I need some HELP...
1) I Just buy a new server on EV1 with HELM. I receive one email telling me my username and IP:
Your CustomerID with ES is:.... 0539812
Your ES Account Login:........... ES-218755
Your Domain Name is:............. tempocrm.com.br
Your IP Address is:.................. 66.98.160.71
Your Gateway is:...................... 66.98.160.1
The Primary DNS Server is:...... ns1.ev1servers.net
The Secondary DNS Server is:.. ns2.ev1servers.net
To Access your Server you will have to use Terminal Server or,
http://66.98.160.71:8086
Ok, I access this link (http://66.98.160.71:8086) but I can´t loggin.. I´ve try all these Usernames (0539812, ES-218755 , tempocrm.com.br) but none of these work... what Username I have to use to do my first logon?
2) I put this domain: tempocrm.com.br when I register on EV1... this new server is already responding for this domain?
3) Just onde IP is enough to host some domains (40 domains at least) or I need to buy more?
