Is anyone using MySQL 4.1 from the mysql sites' rpm's? I'm having troubles with the upgrader inside plesk because it wants to install MySQL 3.23 or something now :eek:

Did you upgrade from 3.23? and did you recompile php after?

I first had a mysql rpm from art (atomic rock turtle). I did not recomile php. I don't see what that has to do with the plesk control panel? MySQL 4.1 is working great, php is working great, but the plesk updater thinks I don't have MySQL.

I believe you have to recompile php or it will reference the previous version, and plesk is written in php

Look at your phpinfo;

Client API version 4.1 or current
