I'm almost convinced to start my windows offering with Helm but have a few last questions:

1) Can Helm handle the cpanel add-on domains concept? That is not alias domains, that is domains that have their site pointed to a folder of the main site and have independent e-mails. Different site (not same site as alias) from the main domain.

2) How does Helm handle backups? The ideal would be again the Cpanel model, that backups are made nightly to a 2nd drive, and you can restore individual domains without having to restore the whole drive.

3) Is Helm controlable via an API? Desirable but not an issue, if it is not, we would develop interfaces to control it, mainly we would need:
- Automated signup (account creation)
- Account suspension
- Account termination
- Password change
- Account upgrade
