Ive created subusers but I cant work out how to give them access to all the management tasks.

For instance, no matter what role I give them they never get access to the console or reboot function.

And no matter what role I give them, they cant edit the DNS zones - they can list the zones, but when they click on the zone to edit they just get bounced back to the list. Im not sure if I need to give them explicit access to the domain - I surely hope not because I have over 200 domains and you are forced to do this one by one.

This whole sub-user thing seems a bit 'alpha' to me.

Hello Beams,

We've had great success using the sub-user functionality, which is why we made it live. I would like to help troubleshoot your account, so we can get to the bottom of the problem.

Would you send me a private message with your RS/ES number and the information on the subuser accounts you are trying to set up? I will see if I can recreate the problems and work with Development to ensure we resolve them.
