Are there any issues with proftp I should know about? One of my websites was comprimised this morning via ftp. Nothing serious, but I just want to know if it was just a comprimised password or if it was something more I need to check into and update.

Sure...there are a ton. Have you updated your RAQ with all the latest package updates? That is step one...If you have all the latest updates you should be o.k...at least until the next exploit comes out.

heh.. well I figured there were some out there, it's not a raq though it's a Plesk box. I guess that means I need to figure out how to use the RHN or somthing to update it. Any tips or help would be appreciated.

Given that it's a Plesk box you would probably get more answers by asking in the Plesk support section of the forums, not the RaQ section.
