Hi All,

Ive just taken delivery of a new server which came loaded with 7.5.3 I have upgraded to 7.5.4 and when i log in I get the licence agreement page, Once i accept I get the following error.

0: /usr/local/psa/admin/plib/class.ActionLog.php:663 psaerror(string "Unable to query database: Duplicate entry '11-Package name' for key 1")
1: /usr/local/psa/admin/plib/class.ActionLog.php:534 LogComponent->submit(integer "11")
2: /usr/local/psa/admin/plib/class.ActionLog.php:469 ActionLog->submitBuffer_()
3: /usr/local/psa/admin/plib/SiteApps/class.SiteAppPackageManager.php:310 ActionLog->submit()
4: /usr/local/psa/admin/plib/SiteApps/class.SiteAppPackageManager.php:225 SiteAppPackageManager->registerSiteAppPackage(string "/usr/local/psa/var/cgitory/pLog-1.0-8")
5: /usr/local/psa/admin/htdocs/license.php3:26 SiteAppPackageManager->syncWithDatabase()

If i refresh the page it logs into the control panel. but when i log out then in again I get the error again, but the package name in the first line changes.

0: /usr/local/psa/admin/plib/class.ActionLog.php:663 psaerror(string "Unable to query database: Duplicate entry '14-Package name' for key 1")

Any idea?

Mmm..

OK, this time i told it to not show the licence agreement again, and it logs straight in without showing errors, but im still concerned.

Did you install via the command line or through the update tool? You may want to try to re-install the base packages via the command line. Looks like there is an error in the database. If the re-install does not fix the error, you may have to manually track down the duplicate key entry.
