Full Version: need help replacing an expired certificate

I purchased a new certificate to replace the one that was expiring. I installed the certificate and the certificate shows in the account as being valid

not before Jun 10 16:05:10 2005 GMT
not after Jul 11 16:05:10 2006 GMT

When I go into the account, however, and go to a link with https://, it says the certificate expired.

How do I get the new one active? I'm using cpanel 10.6.0-RELEASE 16. Thanks.

Have you restarted Apache? If so, you may also need to restart the CP.

well, so much has happened in one year, im a little rusty in terms of requesting a new cert for Ensim.

Since i already had a ssl cert that expired I do not need to generate a new request correct? (unless I was going to change some information?)

So, i should just copy the cert request that is already found in Ensim and proceed with the order?

That is what i did, copy the old CSR (request) and selected Apache+MOD SSL

new cert is installed.
