I found this great server program to give me stats on my server. And it shows this!

Perl libraries installed
Library CGI v2.56 installed
The library mod_perl is not installed
Library www-perl v5.53 installed
The library DBI is not installed
The library DBD::mysql is not installed
Library URI v1.12 installed
The library Apache is not installed
Library Digest::MD5 v2.13 installed
The library Crypt::SSLeay is not installed

Can someone direct me in full instructions on how to install these correctly on my server! thank You
