Is HELM not initially set up correctly?? Or is it just my server??
I have had several problems before, but at least they will be posted so that others can learn from them.
Here is my current problem (lol, ughhh one after the next):
Using Microsoft FTP service.
I attempt to create FTP accounts underneath a domain (I have tried doing it logged in as Admin, Reseller, and User). Every time, I get: "Unable to create FTP account." I have tried under several domains, different usernames. I have tried re-installing the Helm connection to the service, which I am unable to get any sort of specific detail of what FTP service I should be using. And, I have also tried to re-start the Microsoft FTP service... anything that I am missing?

Check under the hood first. Make sure under your Servers that the FTP setting is correct, and that MS FTP is actually installed and running on the machine. You can do this though the IIS MMC. You should be able to browse to see your FTP sites.
Make sure that the FTP resources have been assigned to your reseller packages correctly.
Lastly, or probably firstly, look in the helm error logs. That will tell you what is going on.

Word of advice to all of those dumb wits like me.
We may be smart, but Helm is a lot easier than you think, My word of advice is to set up helm BEFORE you put domains on there. lol

Phil, I had exactly the same problem.
It seems that the install of Helm on my box had certain things set as default. For ftp it was set to Gene 6 ftp server but this wasn't actually instaled on the server.
I had to make sure that MS FTP was enabled as the ftp server of choice in Helm.
A similar set up issue also gave me problems setting up the domains. Helm had IIS5 as it's default web server when it should have been IIS6 as it's a Win2003 box.

I will double check our helm image, and confirm it is ok. The issues described above sound more like an issue with the mini intaller to me. So I will be check that out as well.
Please feel free to email me if you have any further questions or concerns.
