Can anyne tell how to restore data, files from slave after new plek has been installed? i have to use ssh, i cant use the migration manager because its on same server.Please reply./

I would be interested to hear if there's a quick solution for that as well, instead of moving everything manually.

First recreate all domains on the server and email addresses etc, configure the other services on the server then turn off HTTPD and then:

CP all domains from OLD-DRIVE/home/httpd/vhosts/ to same location on Newdrive
Same for: mysql dbs from /var/lib/mysql and mail from /var/qmail/mailnames

When you copy these over use the switches to keep permissions etc.

I'm sure I'm missing some stuff. Don't put your server live until you copy this stuff over. You'll have to add back in the databases from command line.

Make sure you have a full backup of your old drive elsewhere incase of total failure. Go slow and pay attention to where stuff is on the old drive and move it to where stuff should be on the new. The structure should be the same.
