Windows 2003 w/ Helm, Upgraded to 3.2.5.
Ran the two install files.

I can not seem to even log in. I am using Admin / (custom password). I have been using the Configuration tool to make my custom password. No luck what so ever.

Sounds like you have a problem......

What do the Helm error logs say. Ask them.

Actually, the solution was quite simple. I was very excited to purchase the server so jumped right in after the automated services allowed me too. After the "Welcome" ticket was closed, the Rack Shack tech updated my Helm license, allowing me to use the software.

Very good. You would have seen that there would have been a message generated in the Helm logs located in

C:Program FilesWebHost AutomationHelmLogsError
