Full Version: three charges for SSL Premium

We purchased a GeoTrust SSL Premium Certificate on Jul. 13, 2005 and there are three transactions for $94.00 charged to our card. We only needed one and received one SSL however charged for three. Anyone from EV1 can offer some assitance?

you have to contact geotrust's customer support since they are responsible for that

Why would they if it says 'EV1SERVERS.NET HOUSTON TX' on each charge?

then I think you have to write to ssl@ev1servers.net

I am not sure if that address works, though it probably does. If not, use ssl@ev1.net.

why having ev1.net and ev1servers.net addresses? it's confusig for all of us
