Full Version: Plesk key update deferral notification?

Hey, I got a notification email telling me that my plesk 7.5.1 server wasn't able to update my plesk key. Before I start going crazy looking for a solution, is this a problem on my end, plesks end, or ev1's end?
I went ahead and opened up the port that it suggested in my firewall, but that didn't seem to change anything. Has anyone else run into this? How did you solve it?

Never mind, I got it.

The problem is that your server can not connect the licensing server. Try to retrieve the key manually in Plesk by pressing the Retrieve license button. If it does not work and it takes a lot of time, it's most likely the firewall.
