but whenever I opened it, it stops whole websites
is there any documant which tells firewall configuration for plesk
and how can I limit the connection number from a specific ip

Did you tried to enabled Ports 80/443. These are the ports generally used by IIS. Similarly if you are enabling Firewall you should open ports for your FTP, Mail, Database, DNS servers etc.

I found that just enabling the windows firewall did not work very well, and on top of that it took quite a bit of time just to add different programs and ports.

Since I am running SP1 I installed the security configuration wizard and ran that. It identified IIS, Plesk and Urchin without any problems. I did have to open ports for Mailenable because for some reason even though the wizard found it, I was not able to check my email.

I thoroughly tested all of the services including Urchin, Plesk, Mailenable & the webmail, and windows media services and all appear to be up and running. I have not heard of any issues from my users either.
