Our apologies... EV1Servers' domain registration system is temporarily offline.

What's going on?

We had a meeting today discussing this as well as other topics.

Registrations are currently in the testing phases and we will have more news regarding this shortly.

Thanks Mario. I hope you'll be able to start registering new domains again soon.

Awesome news Mario! Glad to hear that things are moving forward.

On a side note, having the real-time registration offline has helped curve my domain-impulse buying so I've actually saved a little money icon_smile.gif

LOL! I thought that was gonna work for me too, however, the response via email has been so quick it's a wash. icon_wink.gif

To be frank, there ARE other registrars out there. icon_wink.gif

But anyway, it's good to hear that EV1Servers.net is FINALLY getting back to domain registration.

Any progress to report on this yet?
Jeff
Don't know how many domains you have, but have a look at www.resellone.net

For existing domains and Ev1servers clients, all you have to do is email domains@ev1servers.net and we can process your registrations, transfers, and renewals if needed manually.

If you are an existing Ev1servers server or domain client, the domains department can process orders for you. In addition you can take a look at the reseller program that we have launched at http://www.resellone.net/, this might be a viable option for you. Please contact the domains and ResellOne department at domains@ev1servers.net or support@resellone.net if you have any specific concerns.

Slightly on the same topic...

It has been about 24 hours since I e-mailed domains@ev1servers.net regarding an issue with a previously registered domain. Is there anybody there checking the box? icon_smile.gif

Just letting you know, I'm eagerly awaiting your reply.

Please email me directly at Laurie@ev1servers.net, as I just re-checked our inbox, and I have nothing older than an email from 8:30 this morning, and in order to address your concern directly I will need the email address that you emailed us from. Thanks.

Thank you so much, I e-mailed you directly! icon_smile.gif

Thank you for forwarding me your email. This specific issue is one that is having to be investigated, and we will be in contact with you directly later today. I apologize for the length of time it is taking, however, I can assure you that this will be thoroughly investigated and responded to.

I tried to register a domain today, I thought it would be quick and easy, as I had read in this thread and others in the past (despite the lack of web registration).

Yet, despite the fact that I already have an account/profile that seems to function perfectly well when I'm supposed to RENEW my domains each year, I had to fill out an annoying form with all sorts of information and a copy of gov. ID in order to register a new domain.

Is it always going to be like this?

Hello,

No it will not always be like this, once we have the first form with the ID, we can keep that on file, so that you will just need to send us your requests, and reference that you have already sent the ID in a previous registration. Please contact the domains department directly at domains@ev1servers.net if you should have any further questions.

Any time, in addition please note that you can reach either myself or Brooke by emailing domainmanager@ev1.net or domainmanager@resellone.net, if you have any concerns that you feel need to be addressed by us.

It's been years now, why don't you just change the message to "it's never coming back, go somewhere else"?

We have continued to register, renew and transfer domains for existing Ev1servers server client and domain clients. Just contact the domain department at domains@ev1servers.net and we will be happy to assist you.
