i feel your pain... and i know others that have complained about sending emails to them only to get back generic emails with no answers/

well I wont move to Cpanel as Plesk is "in my own opinion" a great software, what is poor is SW-Soft support, SW-Soft is much alike Microsoft, they only want money, they do not really care of support, meaning what, if you dont pay you wont get even readed.

Its a shame, because this will be the cause of a lot of migrations from Plesk to CPanel/Ensim, and they dont understand that what they are doing is wrong.

I Feel your pain... I have similar experience from swsoft, dropped 2 full licence (my how licence) and never give diretcly any money anymore at swsoft..

Swsoft Suck and its a FACT ! And its the good word for it "suck"...
Its bad for the futur of plesk, if swsoft continue to act like this they will end whit big lost... Ppl are not stupid, at less not all.. If i run my biz. like swsoft i would not last very long..

ive had pretty good luck with sw-soft peeps before, they have logged into servers (virtuozzo servers) that diddnt even have support contracts. also been drinkin with them on a couple occasions icon_wink.gif

You lucky, for me is kinda hard to get the emails i sent to them readed. yes they have worked a couple of times on my boxes too, but on extreme situations, like when psadump screwes or something like that.

If you post this on forums I don't think that it will help them improve the situation. I would rather try the escalation options, they are usually more efficient icon_smile.gif

i remember to have asked some question about RHE3 release then never have any response even after couple time sending the same email... I can tell Sooo mutch more about swsoft... but i will keep it for me that so bad...

indeed my friend they doesnt tell me, its the outlook and the options i have that i request all the receipt stuff to notify me when is received and when it is readed.

In fact it doesnt matter much, they will start loosing clients a lot, in fact i am doubting to get my other servers with psa but with cpanel (which i hate but their support is kinda good and they also have an irc channel that some times is attended by the coders itself)
