I am atempting to install Miva Merchant 5 on my Plesk 7.5 server. I have successfully installed Empresa on the server (at least the diag.mvc reports no errosr).

When I run the setup.mvc, I can't get it to install the database. I'm trying to use mivaSQL, but the default connection does not work. I can't find any docs on installing that help. HAs anyone successfully installed Merchant 5 on Plesk? This is a new install, not an upgrade.

Did you install it for just one virtual host or server wide?

I'm screwing around with v5 for just one virtual host and getting a "Configuration Error: Error loading configuration library: Unable to locate/load libmivaconfig.so" error.

As an update, I've managed to get it working as a CGI and I'm contemplating just using mod_rewrite to make it appear to the user that its not in cgi mode. Though this is a really ugly solution.
