Where are the dns servers? If you are not using your server for DNS you need to update the nameservers with the subdomains.
Squire
Right. What nameservers do the main domain point to? If you're using EV1's DNS or some other service you're going to need to add each of the subs there.

If you're using your own server as the DNS provider it's usually automatic, as long as you have your DNS Template set up correctly.

but how do i add them singaly im new to plesk

How do you have the nameservers setup? Are you using your own or are you using ev1, that makes all of the difference.

How do you have the nameservers setup? Are you using your own or are you using ev1, that makes all of the difference.

the dns for our main domain is as follows:

Primary server name: NS1.ev1servers.net / Primary server address 207.218.245.135
Secondary server name: NS2.ev1servers.net / Secondary server address 207.218.247.135

You need to login to your dnss members section and add the DNS subdomains in the dns area. Right now the clients are not able to see it because the subdomains do not exist in DNS.

ok i get you use the dns option sever side. but could someone talk me thru the process inclding a example

No, it's not on your server. It's in the Members area online (https://members.ev1.net/rsMembers/english/index.asp) - log in with your ES# and password, then you'll see a "DNS Configuration" link on the left. Click that then on "List your Domains." Your domain should be listed on the next screen. If it's not, click on the "Add Domains to Administer" and enter the domain and IP address. Since your domain is already in the EV1Servers.net nameservers, that should automatically add it to the List of Domains, so click on List Domains. Click on the domain in question and it'll bring up a zone file listing, and you can add the subdomains simply by adding an A record for each one. Remember to give it the FQDN (fully qualified domain name) as well as a trailing period (that period is VERY important to the nameserver). It takes some time for the new records to fully propagate throughout the Internet (support says allow 24-72 hours). That should be all there is to it!
