I am having similar problems, trying to do this on the HELM side. God, what a pain it is. The troubleshooting and documentation is not specific, if anyone has any straight answers, please reply...

The steps that I have taken:
1. Register domain name.
2. Create DNS's and forward to my server IP address.
3. HELM: Home > Global Settings > Global DNS Settings, created ns1 & ns2 to forward to my server IP.
4. HELM: Home > Users > RS1 (Reseller Account) > Global Settings > Global DNS Settings, created ns1 & ns2 to forward to my server IP.
5. HELM: Home > Users > RS1 (Reseller Account) > Account Settings > Global Settings, Set Name Server Mask: *. [mydomain.com]

The domains that I have set up, simply do not work.

I have seen that, I must be missing something.

Thanks a bunch Xaston, I re-read it and deleted all of the information that I had already put in. It seems that some of the stuff that I had put in, in addition ... messed it up, but now! it's all good to go.

Maybe Helm will get easier with time, seems simple enough.

I'm new to Helm too and finding it a bit unclear how to get it set up ok.

I'm getting problems trying to set a domain via the control panel. It's not the package quotas because I've been through all of them and they all have allow doamians set for the resellers etc.

I thought maybe the issue was caused because I hadn't got dns set up so when Helm attempts to set up the domain it can't. Does this sound right?

Do you mean MS DNS isn't installed on the machine? Then yes, that will be a problem. Best thing to do is check out the documentation:
