Topic pretty much says all. I'm used to doing things in Linux and have worked with Plesk, Ensim, Cpanel. Finding it a little weird working with Helm and Windows.

There are no specific guides available. However, the Helm docs are a good place for info - http://www.webhostautomation.com/support/d.../documentation/ plus the Helm forums - http://forums.webhostautomation.com/ (register to see them all).

My best suggestions are to make sure Helm is updated to the latest version 3.2.3 and that you configure and test each item seperate of Helm before trying it with Helm. (Perl, php, mail and stats servers....)

There are also several excellent companies available that can get you up and running quickly if you look around on the forums.

Thanks for the reply. Already installed Helm a few times along with Smartertools, ftp, pop3, dns to get a feel for the system. I was pulling my hair in the beginning but its all coming together.
