I've a very strange problem with the email accounts of one of the domains hosted on our server at Ev1. So I will appreciate so much if anyone can please help me find out what might be wrong.
- The problem is that once I try to login to any of the email accounts under this domain I get the following error from my mail client "Outlook Express":
"There was a problem logging onto your mail server. Your Password was rejected. Account: 'mail.rightutilities.com', Server: 'mail.rightutilities.com', Protocol: POP3, Server Response: '-ERR Login failed.', Port: 110, Secure(SSL): No, Server Error: 0x800CCC90, Error Number: 0x800CCC92"
I am 100% sure that I am entering the correct password, and I have tried using the login with @, +, : and the same error exist :confused:
I even tried changing the password several times and try to login but the same error occured
So can someone help me please and tell me what might be wrong here? And what might be causing this problem?
