I'm having a few problems trying to get my server configured...

I received my welcome email, I can login using Remote Desktop no problem.

However, when I tried to login to Helm I tried the following usernames:

admin
administrator
(my CustomerID with ES)
(ES Account login)

- all with my admin password, but each one brings up "Unable to log in due to a configuration problem. Please contact support."

So ... I clicked on the "Click Here if you have lost your logon details" link - entered both the email address I used when ordering the server, and the one intended for the server - but neither is recognised :-/

Any ideas what I'm doing wrong? Have I missed something obvious?

Next, I installed PHP and MySQL (not without a few problems ;-) but when I try to send an email, it comes up with "Warning: mail(): SMTP server response: 503 This mail server requires authentication. Please check your mail client settings. in ".

I found the mail enable program - but I can't see anywhere to set authentication details for SMTP.

Additionally, the domain name is "helm.ev1servers.net" - should I delete this and add the one I registered for the server?

I have not been able to locate your account, so I will ask here. Have you submitted any trouble tickets related to your login or domain issues?

If not, please do so. If you desire, customercare@ev1servers.net can follow up on these issues for you.
