Trying to connect https.

As suggested in the forum connect using the installed certificate rolleyes.gif
https:///~/

How do I find my server hostname?

Using a dedicated server with Plesk.

This is my first post... Nice Forum

server hostname is generally the fqdn that it has a reverse to. just create an A record pointing to your ip address then go into your ev1 members section and create the reverse dns ptr entry. in the meantime you can use your ip address rather then the fqdn
webbcite
to find out what your hostname is currently set to, login via ssh and type "hostname" (less the quotes).

If you need to set your hostname, check the following and use Gary's suggestion for setting the rDNS.

I'm getting page not found when I try to connect.
The directory is password protected.
Would that change anything?
