Hi,

I've a strange problem with one of the domains hosted on our server at Ev1. So I will appreciate so much if anyone can please help me find out what might be wrong.

- The problem all started when we changed our DNS at our server from ns1/ns2.ev1servers.net to our own name servers (hosted on the same server).

At this time I changed our own domains name servers at our domain registrar to point to the new name servers, and also asked our clients to do the same with their domains from their domains registrars.

After this all domains worked correctly except one domain, so I submitted a support ticket to Ev1 team asking them to investigate the problem, and they replied that this problem was because this particular domain was added to our Ev1 members control panel (DNS configuration section) to point to Ev1 name servers, and in order to solve this problem they have removed those records in order for the domain to work correctly.

Since then and up to this moment (23 days now) I can't still access this domain or its sub-domains  and whenever I contact Ev1 support team they tell me that this domain have no problem and they can easily access it.

I’ve tried accessing this domain through my friends from USA, UK, France and Russia and I no one can access it.

So can someone help me please and tell me what might be wrong here? And what might be causing this problem?

Looking forward for your reply

Thank you in advance for your time and support.

Best Regards

Take a look at what dnsstuff.com or dnsreports.com shows you about the domain or post it here and somebody can try to help.

Thanks John for your reply. I've already tried dnsstuff.com and everything seemed to be configured correctly!

The domain that are causing this problem is : antitracks.us
And the sub-domains are:

antitracks.antitracks.us
interneteraser.antitracks.us

I am really confused here  I can't find any problem that can lead to such behavior.

So I will appreciate it so much if you can please let me know what might be the problem.

Thanks in advance for your time and help

It looks like the domain information still lists ev1servers as the dns provider. In the edit dns zone of cPanel change the namservers to your own and that will probably fix it.

Thanks again for your reply. I've followed your instructions and went to our WHM >> Edit DNS zone section, selected the domain antitracks.us and I found that it was still pointing to ns1.ev1servers.net.

I really don't know how did this happen, but anyway I've changed the name servers to our new name servers and now everything is working fine icon_smile.gif

Once again, thank you so much for your time and support.
