I was trying to limit the number of a visitors to a website with the directive;
MaxClients 10

in the .htaccess file but it does not work. Message:

X/subdomains/test/httpdocs/.htaccess: MaxClients not allowed here

Read at : http://customersupport.websiteproviders.ne...rials/htaccess/ that this is a possible directive for the .htaccess
