I'm using my WHM -> Backup -> Restore Multiple Backups to restore my accounts, and it's working except one account [vipfilms.com] with the username [supervip], when I am trying to restore it, I am getting "Unable to find the cpanel user file. Is the archive missing (cwd: /home3/backup4/cpbackup/daily loaded supervip/cp/supervip)?"

Is there a way to solve this problem, and restore the account
