Full Version: Client ID is undefined.

Hello to all,
I have Plesk installed on my local system (7.5.2 on fedora 2) When ever i am trying to create a new doman it will give me following error.

ERROR
Client ID is undefined.
0: /usr/local/psa/admin/htdocs/clients/cl_pref.php3:8 psaerror(string "Client ID is undefined.")

I am not able to understand the error. Please help me on this issue.

My problem is get solved. You have give correct directory permission for session directory.
It should like this only then it will work.
drwxrwx--- 2 root psaadm 4096 May 20 09:42 sessions
With this your problem will get solved cool.gif

file permissions are intact.. stil we are getting the below error.

I am guessing this is when you try to login to a user? Does this happen for every user or just some or what?
