Is there a way to transfer a domain from one client to another?
If not, what would be the process to manually migrate the domain?

use the migration manager in plesk if thats what you mean.

If both clients are on the same server, you have the choice of uograding to the latest version of Plesk (which has the option to move domains between clients), or to manually edit the client entry for the domain in the PSA MySQL tables.

Yes, the latest version of plesk (7.5.3) has an option to do so, but considering the "issues" with the upgrade...you will want to be very careful if you choose to go that route.
