I do work for clients and I would like to allow them to download the completed work from a password protected directory (one for each client) How can I set up the FTP accounts for these directories via PLESK? (I know I can simply put the files in a password protected directory and send the clients an http link with the password but some of my clients prefer FTP)
Your help is already appreciated.

Well you could do a .htaccess file for the web password protected directory's but for ftp downloads you would need to create a new ftp user outside of plesk and make sure you jail them to that directory or not able to go above it at least.

or just use the web-user function of the plesk cp...give each client thier own web-user...then protect that directory...just a thought.
