Hi Everyone again
I have upgraded my raq4 to 550 OS & im trying to set up a website for ourselves example --> neroag.co.uk
i have at the registrars end forwarded neroag.co.uk to my ip 81.xx.xx.144 & i have set the DMZ on my router to 192.168.1.5 where the Raq resides.

Problem i have is i can connect to my website via 192.168.1.5 but i cant connect via neroag.co.uk i just keep getting page not found, i can login in though using 81.xx.xx.144:444.

If anyone can help id really appreciate it, i only want to run our own site on the raq if that makes identifying the problem easier

ERROR: The parent servers say that the domain neroag.co.uk does not exist

sorry neroag.co.uk isnt real it was just to illustrate a domain name

Thats good...don't want to broadcast your domain...

Did you check the actual domain in dslreport.com as eMtnMan suggested? Might find the issue there...

yes its showing all the details that it should, im happy to pm you the actual ip address & domain name if you think you can help ill give you a login into the raq also if u need to see the settings

i have noticed that if i goto neroag.co.uk:444 that also takes me to the raq login screen & not the website index :-(
