I'm trying to use up2date for the first time (I'm a new EV1 Server owner). I'm getting the following message:

[root@amazonhorse root]# up2date -u
This system may not be updated until it is associated with a channel.
[root@amazonhorse root]#

When I run up2date --register it says that this system is already registered.

Is there something else that I need to do to be able to update my RPS's?

Put in an up2date ticket so tech support can fix it.

This happens to me all the time why?

I entered the trouble ticket and about 30 minutes later the tech had resloved my problem. Up2date is running as I type this.

Ev1 sure does provide excellent service!
