Do i need to activate web mail? When i go to

http://www.exampledomain.com/webmail

all i get is a blank page. ?

http://www.ztgicom/webmail

have you gone into the WHM and enabled some webmail clients?

By default the webmail should be activated, Try running a /scripts/upcp to the latest stable version and that should fix your issues. Also while your updated that, be sure you are running the latest php that is secure, 4.3.11

It should be enabled by default... however, goto WHM/Tweak Settings/Mail and make sure the ones you want to use are checked off... then scroll to the bottom and click save...

Well our installation is a fresh installation of the latest stable version. Horde is checked off on WHM, adn i do get a windows login box , but after i type my info (if i enter valid details) it then goes to a blank page.

So it doesn't even give you a page to select what webmail program you want to use?

Could give /scripts/fixeverything, seems to fix alot of cpanel issues most of the time.

Well i ran the upcp and the fix everything script. Still the same results.

I go to the /webmail page. i get a log in, but when i enter proper credentials it just sends me to a blank page.

If i log into the control panel, horde works just fine, but i can't do it from
/webmail which is the service that i need.

is there supposed to be a /webmail folder in any of the accounts?
