I have a domain name that I registered here. I may not say this correctly but ev1servers is hosting that domain.

Currently I only use the domain because I wanted my company to have email address's like me@mydomain.com

I am ready to look into doing more. I know just about nothing. What do I want to do?

I have an application that is run locally (on LAN's) in companies around the country. Most have internet access although some only have dial-up access.

I want a database to reside on the website. The database will be updated (not sure exactly how) constantly from these companies. They would be sending "new accounts" and "closing accounts". Basically the database on the internet server would contain a list of account numbers per company.

Users will be able to access this website. They will select a company and enter an account number. If the account number is valid they will be able to deposit funds to attribute to that company/account# with their credit card.

I spoke with ev1 personnel. They told me to start here. Where do I start?
