As I decide to get my second server, I am wondering whether to change from cPanel to Plesk. Any input would be appreciated.

Thanks, that's what I was thinking, at least I know cPanel pretty well.

I'd choose cpanel over plesk any day, and if you already have a cpanel server, I'd prefer to have one control panel to maintain, keep updated, and know the ins and outs of rather than two. I find cpanel easier from a server admin standpoint and also prefer it from a customer standpoint - easier access to functions I use frequently with a minimum of clicking to get them.

I also like things like the free dns-only version of cpanel to distribute secondary dns to a vps, and/or the nice and simple dns clustering option for when you add a second server.

I did get plesk free on my vps but deleted it because I couldn't find a single thing I liked better about plesk than cpanel.

Thanks Jeff, good info. I actually ordered my second server with cPanel at around 7.00 pm and guess what, it came with Plesk!!!! so now I am waiting for the new config with cPanel. I think I should have kept quiet and just stayed with my cPanel thoughts and not tempted fate!!
