But I never did them. Does ev1 ever create tickes to re-boot a server? Do they some times cause some servers to go down and then make the ticket? When I've made a ticket with it not really being down, they didn't do a re-boot.
Or have I been hacked and the hacker took the server down and made the tickets?

If you forward your account information I will have it looked into.

I have it so that an auto reboot request is submitted by the monitoring software if that port goes down.
check in the monitoring section to see if you have that enabled.

The logs there show Service Down and Service Up for both of the times those tickets were made, for Port 80. So nope, I wasn't hacked!!
I had no idea they made Trouble Tickets! Sweet!!!! It's much better than the server being down for hours until I see it and then make a TT!!!!
