I am looking for a software that will:

1. Allow advertisers to login and purchase banner advertising on my sites.
2. Upon nearing expiration or expiration the system emails the advertisers warning them of the impending expiration of their ads.
3. Handle the actual rotation of the ads on all of my sites.

I cannot seem to find a software/script that can do #1 and #2.

I haven't seen the purchase feature in any, but you could program it yourself ... that is no problem.

PhpAdsAnew is the best free one (even better than most commercial ones), and does 2, 3 and MANY more things.

I am really liking the software the IDev puts out, might want to check it out. Sounds like it may do what you are looking for

I have been using phpAdsNew for years. Just recently upgraded to the latest verison. Its great. Very powerful and capable of handling a lot of impressions. It now can do various popups/unders, delivers via cache for speed, local and remote invocation, and more.

Can't beat free....

I just cannot believe I cannot find one with a payment system built in.

you can program it into phpadsnew, since it supports expiring for ads

just a few quirks and it can be done, if you're going to get revenue, it's worth hiring someone to do that

I am also looking for a text driven (not database) ad rotator that displays banners in a set order (not randomly). It can be simple with no bells or whistles as long as it just displays the ads. I was hoping to find this for free. Anyone got any suggestions?

PHPAdsNew is definetly the solution for almost everyone's problem.

However, the big problem with it is that it consumes quite some ressources. If you have a website with many pageloads, you should even consider a separate server for PHPAdsNew.
