Hello,

We´ve tried everything to install the SiteBuilder into our cPanel server. Its being an impossible work.

We have installed it using the rpms provided by Sw-Soft and followed the installation procedures and everything went fine.

After the install, I can reach the URL: http://sitebuilder.mh02.com and go to the Wizard portion without a problem. Our problems are exactly in Step 3 when Images of new projects gets Forbidden, eg http://www.sitebuilder.mh02.com/wor...ges/abullet.gif
When changed that directory "ba82cf3212d7799c39464dbcff5c51e7" to the user "nobody.nobody" the image is displayed fine, but the issue are on new projects (that customer will create through our Wizard).

Furthermore, when we change the directory /usr/local/sitebuilder to "nobody.nobody" (per Sw-Soft instructions) we get Internal Server Error. When changed the directory "work" to "nobody.nobody" we get errors in Wizard like:

I would like very much to use this product, its been 2 weeks that I bought it and could not use, we wont want refund

I tried to contact Sw-Soft to get them to install it for me, but I didnt get any reply for 1 week.

Many individuals also tried to install it without success, I am almost giving up

Thank you guys, I hope someone help me to get this fixed asap

I would also like to know the answer to this. The Sitebuilder seems like nice software...
