i have a proplem that i cant access to helm control panel as administrator
coz there is a protection window which ask me user name and password
i dont know what is the proplem but while i try to access to helm from the server it was accessed
plz i need a solve for this proplem

You probably have to need to get your license reset. RDC into your server then update your license using the Helm Config tool. Then contact EV1 and tell them to fix this issue for you.
