I see that you currently have a ticket open that has been in the queue for approximately 30 minutes regarding your Plesk problem. I have assigned a technician to your issue, and you should receive a response shortly. I also see that you opened 10 duplicate trouble tickets over the course of an hour for a similar issue yesterday, which makes it very difficult to expedite a solution.
As for the character sets that you are trying to change in the apache configuration, I'm afraid that does fall outside the scope of our support, however I can have SW-Soft look into the problem that you appear to have encountered with setting the language character sets in the virtual environment.
