Installed SSL certificate purchased from GEO via EV1 Installed and working okay

Now disappeared and reverted to old certificate

How do I fix?

Disappeared as in it no longer appears in the Certificates section for the domain in question?

Or disappeared as in you get a expired certificate warning when you surf to the SSL side of the domain in your browser?

The second option

Got on to Plesk in Germany - bug in current version which won't allow renewals just got a temporary patch & installed it to reinstate missing certificate
