Can the system be changed so that we can obtain an invoice or reciept for the purchase of a certificate.
The cyrrent sysytem makes it hard for those of us in Australia who are purchasing certificates as law requires we have a Tax reciept for taxation purposes.
any chance of this???

Keeps the accountants happy!
We need a document (even just a text email) that clearly shows that product purchased and the price paid.

Our company requires receipts to bill our clients and for internal expenses. I am disappointed that I have to make a special request to an email address to get a receipt.
If you want to get a receipt for your purchase, they require you to give them, via email only, your credit card first and last four digits. I probably don't need to remind you that email isn't a secure medium. I tried to get them to let me call them, but they refused.
If they are willing to be insecure with their receipts and ordering process, what other things are they willing to be insecure about?
I'll never buy from this company again.

This is something that we have a great desire to implement. However, to make such bills useful we need to make a few changes on our back-end, which are adding to the time it will take to roll out such a recipt.

I asked for this back in June or July and I concur with the others. No form of reciept was bad design planning on someone's part.

How do I get a receipt, when
ssl@ev1servers.net doesn't work?
Is it not a credit card agreement requirement that you supply a receipt? My CC card issuer CS rep seems to suggest it is anyway.
