AboveNet has confirmed a fiber cut in the Houston area. They have not determined the exact location, therefore there is no ETR.

I am in direct contact with the IP Operations Manager. He has told me that the cut has not affected any of their bb routing, and he will contact me with any updates and I'll pass them on to you.
