Are you using the latest version?
check if you are using the latest version Release 1.2.1
--versioncheck
make sure you are using the latest version update it if you need to and then run the scan and see what you get.

Thanks Ranger
I ran:
-----
root@osiris [~]# rkhunter --versioncheck
-----
and got :
-----
http://www.rootkit.nl/rkhunter/rkhunter_latest.dat
Rootkit Hunter 1.1.8, copyright Michael Boelen
This version: 1.1.8
Latest version: 1.2.1
Update available
----
So I also ran:
----
root@osiris [~]# rkhunter --update
----
to update it. I am assuming that is all I need to do to update it. If there is something else then I would be grateful if you could let me know.
Cheers

Now run a scan and see what you get.
What kernel are you using?

Scan is fine, I just need to update ssh and ssl as they show as vulnerabilities so it appears to have worked. Thanks

P.s, any ideas how to update OpenSSH and OpenSSL? Can it be done in WHM?

Just an FYI the redhat versions are patched it is just they do not update the version numbers. So you are safe without upgrading but it cannot hurt
