I really need some help here

My raq3 stoped functioning. I was using Arkeia backup that someone else configured.

I rebuilt the Raq with a restore OS CD loaded all updates.

Restored the current backup.

Every site now works but none of the sites show up in the admin screen.
Users who login to Admin thier own site: Some frames fail.

I would really appreciate it if someone could tell me where to go from here.
