Hi,
i have almost 60 accounts that produces just 8-10 Gb month of bandwidth. In your opinion with a P 4 3.06 Ghz i could have problems?

That would depend more on how they produce the bandwidth, anyway, the price difference between a P4 3.06 and a Dual Xeon 2.4 is minor ($60) and give then superiority of the SCSI drives, the extra GB RAM and a little more power I'd go for the Dual Xeon any day.
But Windows, dude? Why Windows?
