Something new in Plesk Application Vault...

Plesk Professional Web Site Editor

How much does it cost and where is a demo? icon_smile.gif

or is it free and only need to ask for license?

UPDATE:
Upon further review, the Plesk Professional WebSite Editor is not included in the standard application pack, which comes as part of our Plesk Premier license. The Plesk Professional WebSite Editor requires software included in the application pack, and thus cannot run without the Plesk Premier license, but it is not bundled in with that license.

Please note, this is not the same program as SW-Soft's SiteBuilder.

Aaron:

I am paying the Premier License each month. I tried to get them to enable the Professional Web Site Editor in the application vault. Support's reply was that my Premier License enables me to Mambo CMS which they say is a professional web site editor. Mambo is a Change Management Source code management system.

Why do I not get the Professional Website Editor in Application Vault when I pay the extra premium every month. You can look at my trouble ticket for rs-1915-1.

UPDATE:
Thanks Aaron for getting back. I was hoping to be able to use the app, but fine if it is not included.

As you will see, the Plesk Professional Website Editor has a $99 fee. We should be able to get it from Plesk, for you, at cost.

Here the demo for the Web Editor. It doesn't seem to be functional, but the help gives you a good idea of what its all about.

What scares me about it is just that its all done "live".. I'd think it would be much better to make changes and then browse the updated site to make sure it all works before committing the changes to the live site. Can anyone recommend any alternative editor tools that are simple for end-users to use?
