Anyone know if Urchin can be used across load balanced clusters? One website is spread across two servers ... I just ordered an Urchin install on one of the webservers ... but I'm not sure how it will work across a cluster.

I believe that you can use this quite easilly - I have personally set up awstats on a cluster and its not rocket science. Just copy the files to one server and point Urchin with its cluster module to them.

You can purge the access logs from both the servers regularly with cron and passwordless ssh +Unison from offcourse alex.davis's site. purge the logs from server A to Server B's logs.Install urchin on Server B and run scheduler everyday after the logs are purged everyday.There are tools available to combine log files from 2 or more servers to a single file.Do a google search and you will find a lot of results for the same.

I have Urchin installed on both of my servers in the cluster, at the moment I can't get to 'Run Now' in the scheduler, or if it is there has been 0% pending for about 15 minutes now. So is there going to be a conflict having the program on both servers?
